Why Can't I Send MACS to Individual Clients?

To be honest? That feature is broken. You SHOULD be able to send MACS emails to individuals, but that functionality isn't working for anyone at the moment. We are aware of the issue and have it slated to be fixed. 

 

In the interim, your only option is to email clients directly through the "Send Client an Email" button on their Contact page, or through your gmail account. You just won't have access to the specific MACS templates at this time.
