There are three main sources of feedback reporting: the monthly dashboard email, the Feedback Report in Cloud and the Feedback tab in Cloud. Each report percentages of thrilled customers, etc. However, sometimes these reports will not be consistent with each other. There are three reasons for this:
1. The monthly dashboard email looks at the last sixty days running for the office-specific data—it's not just for that month. So, that will always be different than any monthly view.Â

2. For the Feedback Report on the Reports tab, there are two versions—one by date of service and one by date of feedback submission. Thus, these by nature will be different.Â
3. On the Feedback tab—those charts are by date of feedback, not date of service. So, try matching to those reports (they might have minor rounding differences, but should be very close).
