Recording the message remotely (from a cell phone/home phone/etc.):Â
Dial your main phone numberÂ
Dial **Â
Enter your Auto-Attendant pinÂ
Press 2 to “Manage your Recordingsâ€Â
Name your recordingÂ
Follow voice instructions to recordÂ
Hit pound when done recordingÂ
Recording the message directly from your desktop phone:Â
Dial your main phone numberÂ

Once you have recorded the new message, please log a case (case type "Technology" and sub-type "Phones") with the number of the recording and we can update the auto-attendant.Â
