If I Refund a Transaction in Cloud, Do I Still Need to Update Braintree/X-Charge?

Nope! Once the refund is processed in Cloud, there's no additional steps you need to take. The refund suite in Cloud is coded to refund the subject transaction without having to update records outside of Cloud. So, there's no need to make any changes to your Braintree or X-Web portal after refunding the transaction in Cloud.
