This is done by design and the recommended best practice is only to go back 6 months. Â Because we do such a great job with not spamming our clients on a global level, we are able to remain white-listed and our emails delivered at an above average rate. Â
With this being said, Canada has already put in place a new legal requirement that explicitly requires end users to opt in to emails -- essentially your clients will have to request reminders/follow-ups/specials/etc. and as regulations become more strict in the US, it will become more and more important that we adhere to recommended best practices.
