If the client does not sign up on the initial call, follow-up with the client three times via phone and email.
Immediately after the initial call, set a follow-up date (generally two-business days later for estimates) and add any helpful notes to jog your memory for when the client calls back (Single mom, works full-time, three kids, etc.)

Email the client their quote form and follow-up emails as needed

If the client does not sign up after three follow-ups, mark status as All Follow-Up Complete and erase any follow-up dates.![User-added image]()
