Cloud has a built-in "Phone Reminder" feature set up in Cloud. If you go to the client's account and click on their Contact, you'll notice an option called "Phone Reminder".

If you enable this option on their account, there is then a corresponding report you can run (Reports > My Clients > Client Call - Phone Reminder), which you'll run for the date of the clean.
Ex: It is Tuesday and you want to make reminder calls for Wednesday, so you will run the report for Wednesday's date to see all clients with cleans that day.
That way, you will only see clients that have specifically requested a reminder CALL (vs. receiving the notification MACS email).Â
