How Do I Forward Office Calls to My Cell Phone?

Call forwarding is something you can enable through your Nextiva portal here: https://portal.nextiva.com/nx-broadband/index.jsp 
 
Once in the portal, go to the Forwarding Numbers Profile (see screenshot 1) 
 
If you'd like phone calls to go directly to your cell phone, replace the information in arrow 1 with "Cell Phone" and the number. (see screenshot 2) 
 
If you'd like phone calls to go to your office phone first, and then roll over to the cell phone, leave 1 alone and fill in arrow 2 
 
Finally, save (arrow 3). 
 
Keep in mind this will affect all options except sales calls (auto-attendant option 1 as you are in the NSC). If you'd like to switch where sales calls go, please reach out to your primary consultant.
