I'm Not Getting My Monthly Braintree Statements Emailed to Me. Why Not?

To view your statement, please log a case requesting access to your Braintree portal and we'll send you an activation email. From here you'll be able to login and see your monthly statements. Once logged in, click the Documents tab in the upper right-hand corner and select Merchant Statements. The Disbursement Summary on the left Navigation bar is also helpful.
