The reason you are seeing the 877 number is because you (most likely) use the National Sales Center for your selling. By this logic, any email going out for database mining or to try to encourage leads to come in will route to the NSC.Â
If you are seeing the 877 number and are NOT using the NSC, please log a case (use case type "Technology" and subtype "MACS") and we will look into it for you.
