Refunds—How Do I Process a Refund to Reduce the Time of the Clean?

If the job is completed, but you spent less time in the home than quoted, you'll want to both adjust the time of the job and refund the client that amount.

The existing Products/Services will be locked, so to adjust the time of a completed job:

1. Reactivate the job
2. On the job under Products and Services, click "Manage"
3. Check off "Other Cleaning" and add a negative time value. (For instance if a 3.00 hour job took 2.50 hours, you'd want to add a product for -.50 hours.)

4. Complete the job as normal

Refund as usual by clicking on the transaction and clicking "Void/Refund Transaction." (Make sure to not select the Poor Service or Damage option because this will add an additional discount product to the job.)
