View the Job
Click "Cancel Job"
Choose the "Skip Service" cancellation reason
Enter any appropriate notes
Click "Yes, Cancel This Job with Fees"
Remove all products and add the "Fee - Lock Out" product, making sure to fill it in for the appropriate amount
Change the Payroll for your employee to "0" hours, but then give them a Payroll Adjustment using the "Lock Out" adjustment reason
Click "Save & Complete Job"
